Ireland's rich warm shrimp salad is just what you need during cold periods.

2 portions, 1portion 

1 pepper

2 tsp of olive oil

450g frozen vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, carrot)

Salt, pepper

100g frozen shrimps

Juice of half a lemon

Dill

  1. Cut the peppers into stripes.

  2. Heat the oil on wokpan.

  3. Wok pepper stripes and frozen vegetables 5-7 minutes.

  4. Season with salt and pepper, add shrimps, add lemon juice, wok 2 more minutes.

  5. Sprinkle over with fresh chopped dill.

  6. Enjoy!
