Mozzarella with tomatoes
1 serving
2 garlic cloves
1 onion
2-3 (300 g) tomatoes
basil, oregano
1 tsp oil
salt, pepper
45 g Mozzarella cheese
1 slice of whole wheat bread
Preparation:
1. Cut garlic cloves and onion into small pieces, slice tomatoes. Chop herbs finely.
2. Oil small oven dish. Place garlic and onion pieces into dish, cover with tomatoes, sprinkle with herbs and flavor with salt and pepper.
3. Slice mozzarella and distribute evenly onto tomatoes.
4. Bake in preheated 200C oven for 10 minutes.
5. Serve with toasted slice of bread.
6. Enjoy!
